Over time, my interests have changed quite a bit, but there are some things that I will always love. Music, movies, books, and traveling have both educated and entertained me throughout my life, and without them, I would not be as sure of who I am today. So here are a few of my favorties...
Music: Railroad Earth, The Beatles, The Black Keys, Fleetwood Mac, Big Gigantic, The Avett Brothers, Phish, Yonder Mountain String Band, Adele, Paul Simon, Neil Young, Alison Krauss, Robert Plant, Joan Baez, Eric Clapton, Pearl Jam, Ghostland Observatory, Third Eye Blind, Elton John, Umphrey's McGee and many others who transform their lives, experiences, and emotions into words that provide listeners with a multitude of wonderful feelings.
Movies: Face Off, Conair, Gone in Sixty Seconds, Mortal Kombat, State of Play, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Armageddon, The American President, Animal House, The Hangover, Zoolander, The Help, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, Remember the Titans, Harry Potter, My Best Friend's Wedding, Home Alone, and more have all provided me with countless laughs, tears, and rushes of adrenaline on more than one occasion.
Books: The Hunger Games, Harry Potter, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Help, James Patterson thrillers,
Lord of the Flies, PS I Love You, The Great Gatsby, and Ms. Frisby and the Rats of Nim have all entertained me for hours on end or tuaght me lessons that I have tried to incorporate into how I live.
Travels: The British Virgin Islands, London, Honfleur, Normandy, Paris, San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, La Jolla, San Diego, Eleuthera and Harbour Island, Denver, and Aspen have all been some of the most fascinating places that I have ever been. From each place, I carry wonderful memories and entertaining stories that fuel me to keep traveling. When I have more time and more money, I have every intention of exploring more of what this world has to offer.
